Meet The Team

After spending two years managing a large portfolio of houses for a private landlord Sarah opened Your Advisors in 2008, in response to other landlords approaching her to manage their property portfolios. Sarah has also received the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. To this day, Sarah is heavily involved in every aspect of Your Advisors and sustains a healthy passion for her business and customer service to both landlords and tenants.

JOHN RIGNEY, Accounts

John has been with Your Advisors since 2009.  He is a highly qualified financial advisor and oversees the accounts for landlords, contractors and tenants.  He actively participates in the day to day running of the business and you can often see him conducting viewings in and around the Ipswich area.

CLAIRE LEFLEY, Office manager

Claire joined Your Advisors in 2010 as office manager.  Well organised, friendly and great with people, she is often the first team member that clients will speak to when visiting our premises near Ipswich Waterfront.

ASHLEY FAULKNER, Lettings Negotiator

Ashley joined Your Advisors in 2009 as lettings negotiator.  Affable, helpful and always smiling, Ashley actively participates in showing prospective tenants properties and also assists them with the application process. 

JULIA SCAMPONI, Colchester Branch Manager

With a BA Hons is English, Julia has subsequently gained valuable experience in journalism, marketing and advertising and has now brought her knowledge of the media and property management to Your Advisors since 2010.  Julia has a major role in advertising campaigns and is heavily involved in our website, ensuring that all properties on our portfolio are being presented with a coherent, enticing and appealing style.  Julia conducts viewings in and around the Colchester area and will always greet you with her very friendly, genuine and down to earth demeanour.

DALE BEVAN, Maintenance Manager

Dale Bevan and his dedicated team have been trained to deal with every aspect of property maintenance from a leaking tap to replacement central heating boiler.  All team members are fully qualified and certificated. In addition, periodic inspections are carried out and if necessary a report made for landlords.  Dale Bevan actively responds to all tenant enquiries and discusses any future maintenance work directly with the landlord.
